Kelly M. Whitfield has spent her career inside the organisations that talk about community most often, but struggle to build it properly.

Kelly is married, with three sons.

Why KLIK Exists.

Kelly didn’t set out to build a software company.

She set out to solve a problem she’d been watching for years – from boardrooms, from recruitment desks, from high-level advisory relationships with some of the most ambitious organisations in the country.

The problem had a name. A landmark report called Disconnected confirmed what Kelly had long suspected: that the gap between people, opportunity and the organisations that needed them wasn’t a coincidence. It was structural. And nobody was building the infrastructure to bridge it.

Her early vision was a series of industry-specific platforms – each one a central place where professionals, employers, educators and opportunity could find each other. Healthcare. Emergency services. Construction. Education. A virtual home, built for the people who needed it most.

Then something shifted.

The same questions came back: “If it can do that, can it do this?” And the answer was always yes. The software was more versatile, more powerful and more universally applicable than any single industry could contain.

So she made the decision that changed everything. She stopped. Rather than build each industry or sector specific platform, she would own and develop one machine, and licence it to the organisations best placed to run it. Their brand. Their community. Their revenue.

KLIK SaaS® was born.

What's Next

KLIK is launching with pioneers, not customers.

A small number of founding organisations will be first, helping shape what the platform becomes, setting the standard for what a genuinely connected community looks like, and securing the advantage that only comes from moving before anyone else does.

If you lead an organisation with an audience that deserves more than a database and a monthly newsletter, this conversation is for you.
