Frequently Asked Questions

01 - We've got hundreds of members already. Isn't that enough?

Having members and having a community are two very different things. Most organisations have built an audience - three hundred people, a newsletter, a few events a year - and then left them to it. Those members could be solving each other’s problems, referring business and making the perfect introductions. Instead they’re strangers paying to stay strangers. KLIK SaaS® gives you the infrastructure to turn a membership list into a living community. The problem was never your people. It was the platform.

02 - We already run great events. Why do we need anything more?

Because events only reach the people who can be in the room. Your member in another city, the sole trader who can’t leave the business, the parent without childcare, the introvert who finds a crowded room overwhelming - they get very little, renew out of habit, and eventually don’t renew at all. A year of membership shouldn’t mean twelve hours of value. KLIK keeps your community connected every day, not just the handful of days a year you can gather everyone together.

03 - Our sector is crying out for talent. Can KLIK actually help with that?

Yes. Record numbers of businesses can’t recruit, yet the people who could fix it - employers, colleges, training providers, schools and jobseekers - all sit in separate silos with no real lines between them. KLIK brings them into one branded space with a built-in job board and CV search, connecting talent to opportunity inside your own community. The skills and careers market is still waiting for its Rightmove moment. This is how you create it.

04 - What happens to our community when a key staff member leaves?

Right now, probably too much. The value most organisations deliver is limited by the capacity of the people running it - and when a brilliant membership director moves on, the relationships, the momentum and the halffinished conversations tend to walk out of the door with them. A community powered by its own members lives beyond any one person. KLIK means the connections stay, the momentum continues, and your community doesn’t reset every time your team changes.

05 - Everyone in our industry already knows each other. So what's missing?

The place where they actually come together. Every sector has the same quiet gap: the employers, educators, training providers, industry bodies and individuals all exist, all care, but none of them are meaningfully connected. Information moves slowly and opportunities slip by. KLIK is the missing place - one connected space where all the parts of your industry finally meet. Most sectors are still waiting for someone to build it. It may as well be you.

06 - We're not a tech company. Is this really for us?

Absolutely. You’ve spent years building something genuinely valuable - a client base, a reputation, a network of people who trust you. Most of that value sits untapped in a CRM or a spreadsheet, or only in your team’s heads. KLIK turns what you’ve already built into the foundation of a connected community that generates recurring revenue and grows while you sleep. You don’t need to be a tech founder. You need the vision - and two buttons on your existing website.

07 - How does a community actually make us money?

If you have members who already pay to join, you’re sitting on a recurring revenue asset most organisations never fully use. Those members are engaged enough to be there - they simply aren’t being given enough reason to stay, upgrade, refer others or deepen the relationship. KLIK turns passive membership into active participation, which makes membership worth more: worth paying for, worth talking about. And because payments run through Stripe directly to you, KLIK never takes a cut. Every penny is yours.

08 - Our community seems to be ticking along fine. Why change anything?

Often the most expensive problems are the ones you can’t see. It’s easy to measure success by whether the event was well attended or the newsletter open rate held up - but the harder question is rarely asked: what would it look like if every member were genuinely, actively connected to every other? What would that do to revenue, retention, referrals and reputation? Most organisations have never seen what “good” really looks like, so they have nothing to compare against. KLIK is the moment you see it.

09 -We've never come across anything like this. Does it even exist?

It does now - and that’s rather the point. You can’t search for a solution to a problem you don’t have a name for, or budget for a platform you didn’t know was possible. So most organisations either commission an expensive bespoke build, bolt together tools that don’t talk to each other, or do nothing and hope. Hope doesn’t work: members quietly disengage and renewals quietly slip. KLIK is the thing you’ve been looking for, before you knew you were looking for it.

10 - Aren't we taking a risk letting our members connect freely?

It’s a completely understandable instinct - openness can feel risky when you’ve spent years carefully nurturing trust. But the organisations that thrive are the ones that stop trying to control every connection and start creating the conditions for the right ones to happen naturally. A community that breathes and self-organises around a shared purpose is far more valuable than one carefully managed into irrelevance. The members who find each other, support each other and do business inside your platform don’t leave - they bring others with them. The community you’re a little afraid to open is usually the one most worth building.
